c. Transfer printing equipment: transfer printing requires a paper printing machine and heat transfer machine, foreign countries use film instead of paper, so a film printing machine can also be used. Heat transfer machine is different from textiles, it requires large pressure, the normal working pressure is 20~30kg/cm2, generally with oil pressure. The temperature requirement is not high, the maximum is 120 degrees, and the ordinary 80 degrees is enough.

Leather printing machine printing conditions

Universal printer must be used before the material surface treatment, that is, spray a layer of surface treatment agent (coating) on the surface of the material, these treatment agents will not have any impact on the surface of the material, the effect is to increase the color effect and color adhesion

The coating treatment of the surface has a great impact on the future color printing:

(1) To confirm what kind of material you want to print, and then coating for the material.

(2) Confirm whether the coating is dried or dried before printing.

(3) In addition, we must ensure that the coating is uniform and clean, if it is not uniform, it will cause the ink in individual locations to not be adsorbed, into spots, or color infiltration. Clean and tidy is also to prevent dust debris affect the effect after printing, to ensure quality.

Precautions for use

1. In case the printer produces heat, smoke, odor, abnormal sound, etc., please immediately cut off the power and contact the information personnel.

2. No other items are allowed on the printer. When the printer is not used for a long time, remove the power plug from the power socket.

3. In case of thunder nearby, remove the power plug from the socket. If it is plugged in, the machine may be damaged.

4. When the printing material and ribbon box are not set, printing is prohibited. The print head and print roller will be damaged.

5. The print head is in high temperature state. Do not touch until the temperature drops. Prevent burns, injuries.

6. Do not touch the metal part of the print cable connector and print head. Do not touch the print head while it is working.

7. Do not cut off the power supply when the print head is working.

8. Please do not disassemble, move, drag, if there is a fault, please contact the information personnel.

9. Foreign matter (staples, metal, liquid, etc.) is prohibited from entering the machine, otherwise it will cause electric shock or machine failure.

10. Ensure that the printer power supply is normal, the data cable and the computer can be turned on.

11. Do not move, drag or turn off the printer when printing.

12. Please print no more than 5 copies of the same duplicate file. If more than 5 copies are printed, they should be copied on the front desk copier.

13. When the printing amount is too large, the printing amount should be kept within 30 copies so that the printer can rest for 5-10 minutes to avoid overheating and damage to the printer.

14. When printing documents, do not allow the use of excessive thickness (more than 80g) paper, do not allow the use of wrinkled, folded paper.
