However, in practical operation, making the material grounding is not realistic, the use of antistatic coatings and cleaning agents inevitably greatly increase the cost; Ionized air also has many inconveniences, in order to do scientific antistatic at the airport:
A. Control the printing speed. Research shows that after the speed is reduced, the electron cloud is in a stable state, the electron will not be released, and the probability of generating static electricity is lowest.
B. Control room temperature and humidity. In general, within the 40%-60% relative humidity range, static electricity on the printing material is easier to be transmitted and removed without affecting the ink droplets on the jet nozzle, ensuring printing accuracy. It is recommended that the office space regularly open windows to breathe, to ensure good ventilation.
C, for the digital direct jet do good grounding work. When burying the ground line, first dig deep into the ground 1.5 deep, if the excavated mud is wet, use 0.6 square copper wire, it is best to tie a piece of iron, use a whole line, no interface, then bury deep, and pour salt water.
